  1. O. Daramola, A. Jeje.
Already by the mid 1990s, it was near-impossible to find a good new copy of the book. Many books then were seemingly copies of copies, with serious quality problems. But you could find a good copy of an earlier printing, say, belonging to a teacher in school.

I understand my parents knew Chief Olu Daramola well, and that he loved me and wrote me a wonderful letter as to a daughter/grand-daughter.

I can't wait to see this book again. Preferably in its old cover of green and darker green. Inside were paragraphs and condensed treatments of topics like: dialects, the gods, marriage process, hairstyles, clothing styles, types of drums, other musical instruments, and recreational games. It featured many line-drawings, like those showing faces with the various tribal marks - remember? What do YOU remember of this book?
